Glass Bridges

After the wedding, we got to tour Wuyuan, where one of my friends is from. It is an incredible place in Jiangxi province (about 4 hours west of ShaoXing), and we came to this famous scenic spot.

Water Farming

It’s a little hard to see, but on the left side of this house, there is a bridge. Underneath the bridge, there is a “farm” in the water. Many people plant things directly in the water and then contain them with PVC pipe. I don’t know how it works exactly, but I think it’s really amazing. Also, the water really reflects the landscape of this picture.

Our friend Becca came to visit us this week, so we went into the city to explore a little. We found a really cool map of SX built into the ground.

Here is a map of SX made out of stones and set on the ground. We walked across SX in less than a minute. :)
