I had some extra time today after our morning meeting (which included McDonalds breakfast), so Brian and I went to explore the city on his e-bike. We found the “Everything Market,” which has pretty much everything you’d ever need (by China’s standards).

By the way, instead of apple pie, McDonalds here has taro pie and banana pie. When I think of taro, I think of a chemical we use in the US called “taro” to kill ants… And they have green tea ice cream instead of chocolate (which I actually prefer).

This guy was hanging out near one of the markets we went to.
