Stinky Tofu

11 09 2015

We visited a particularly historical part of ShaoXing today–Lu Xun’s home. Lu Xun is a Chinese literary scholar whose works are virtually unmatched in recognition, particularly in Chinese schools.

While visiting this historic place, it is important to experience “stinky tofu,” which is tofu that smells like wet dog but tastes relatively like, well, tofu.
