I was happy to discover an LCMS church not far from the city centre, and after accidentally finding a Frank Gehry building near the river, I ventured over to a very cold building for the 11am service which was, thankfully, in English. Afterward, we shared a fantastic meal made by some members from Africa, and I retired early to the hostel for my 4am taxi and 6am flight back to London. The funniest part of my day was when the business card from the Pastor accidentally fell into the bidet. And yes, I left it there, but I did commemorate the moment with a photo.

“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” ~Hebrews 10:24-25
