The summer residence of the Hofburgs, Schöbrunn Palace, was the setting for our travels today. Between Franz Stephan and Maria Theresa, there were 16 children to marry off (among whom were Marie Antoinette and Marie Louise, who married Napoleon for political reasons) and over 44 rooms to use in this Rococo-style house. One of the best parts of the museum was walking behind an American tourist group with an average age of 70+ years. Every time the guide commented on someone, a collective “Ohhh!” or “Awww!” would be uttered.

“My times are in your hands . . . ” ~Psalm 31:15a
